Pascal, who loves hot peppers and hot sauces, wanted to make his mark by creating a beer that had some bite to it, while keeping a nice balance with the other ingredients to enhance them and not overshadow them. Add some spice to your life with a glass of his creation “Pascapique”!
I think I’m dreaming! Well yes, a “PIPA”, a Pale India Pale Ale. Here is my modern version of a Traditional Pale Ale.
